Walking With Jesus

Seventh graders are learning about the holy season of Lent and working on our Lenten good deeds & sacrifices.

We are reading and discussing the Lenten Gospels in depth. As Easter approaches, we will be focusing on Holy Week and participating in many projects and activities to help us understand the meaning of Easter.

We will pray the Stations of the Cross and receive the Sacrament of Penance during Lent. We pray that this special season helps us to turn our hearts to God and leads us closer to Jesus.

Students are encouraged to read selected articles in the appropriate class binder several times to build comprehension, ask critical thinking questions, and analyze content.
