SPS is using the I-Ready Diagnostic adaptive assessment program to identify the academic strengths and weaknesses and opportunities for growth of each student.  There is a link provided on the page below with additional information.

Grading/PowerSchool

 Parents are encouraged to check PowerSchool on a consistent basis to monitor student progress.

SPS Grades 6-8 will use the following to calculate grades:
 Tests  - 40%
 Quizzes - 35%
 Iready - 15%
 Homework  -  10%

Dismissal Procedures

* It's important that all students know their Bus Number and  Home School District. 

If you are picking up your child at dismissal, please send in a 'WALKER' note to be given to the teacher during homeroom. Please be sure to indicate who will be picking up your child. 
Please do not email your child’s teacher with changes in dismissal.

This year we will also continue using PickUp Patrol to manage changes in dismissal. More information about this application is available on the SPS Homepage.

St. Patrick School  offers a six week program with comprehensive review for the TACHES Exam November 9,2024.
