  • Kindergarten Children and Parents: You are all doing a wonderful job!  Thank you for your hard work!  I miss you and I can't wait for us to be together again soon!

    School will be closed until April 20th.  I hope everyone remains safe and healthy during this uncertain time.


    Epic Books is offering free student access to reading books online.  Parents were emailed the information. 
    Please check out this wonderful site!


    On Monday, March 16th each parent was emailed their child's username and password for Think Central.  Please use that information to access the classwork assignments that are posted to the right.

    For Music, Art and Physical Education please check Ms. Leone's, Mrs. Ciampa's and Mr. Roderick's web pages for the assignments.

    Monday:Math -  Lesson 9.12
    Journeys Reader's Notebook- Page 59
    Read/Listen to "Chameleon, Chameleon" (Big Book)
    Religion - On a separate piece of paper or in a notebook, please complete the following sentence: "This Lent I will show my love for Jesus by..." Then, draw a picture to go along with your sentence.
    Science - On Epic Books, listen to/read the book What is a Season? by Lisa Schnell.  Then, on a separate piece of paper or in a notebook, answer the following question in a complete sentence. "What are the four seasons?"

    Tuesday: Math -  Chapter 9 Post-Test
    Journeys Reader's Notebook -

    Journeys Reading Book -Read the story "My Pet Dog." (page 126 in textbook)
    Science - Divide a piece of paper into four boxes.  Label each box as Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn.  Then, draw an illustration to represent eaech season.

    Wednesday: Math -  Chapter 9 Performance Task
    Journeys Readers Notebook  - 
    Page 62 - Directions: Use the lines provided to write 3 sentences about Spring.
    Read/Listen to "Chameleon, Chameleon" (Big Book)
    Religion - Talk about ways you can follow in Jesus' footsteps.  On a separate piece of paper or in a notebook, please complete the following sentence: "Just like Jesus, I can be a good friend by..."
    Social Studies - Practice your telephone number.  Recite it to your family members five times.

    Thursday: Math -  Lesson 10.1
    Journeys Readers Notebook  - 
    Page 63 - Directions: Use the lines provided to write 3 things that you like to do in the Spring.
    Social Studies - Practice your home address.  Recite it to your family members five times.

    Friday: Journeys Reading Book -Read the story "Ben and Jen." (page 132 in textbook)
    Religion - While praying with your family, have each family member verbally complete the sentence "I love you God because you..."
    Science - On a piece of paper or in a notebook, answer the following question in a complete sentence.  "What is your favorite season? Explain whay that is your favorite season."
