Dear Students and Parents,

Attached are the registration forms for this year's NYSSMA solo and piano festival.
Festivals will take place at Sayville High School from May 10th through May 11th. (Application deadline Monday 3/18).

Jazz Festivals will take place at Walt Whitman High School from March 22nd through March 23rd. (Application deadline Monday 2/5).

Please download and complete the form and return to me with your check (Made out to Bay Shore Schools), Cash or Money Order by no later than Monday 2/5 (Jazz) & Monday 3/18 (Solo/Piano).
